Our Program

Gymness core program integrates classic gymnastics floor routine exercises, warm up designed to adjust to every young participate’s, to help them enhance their own body awareness, boost their sense for balance and developing physically and mentally learning new forms and techniques. As each young participate advances in our program, they are challenged with drills to help them reach their own level of excellence in the existing skills while learning to unlock new ones, fostering continuous growth and development.

For those athletes interested in greater skill acquisition, best and fast results or, to enhance muscle strength, balance and flexibility, we recommend practicing with us for at least 2 days a week.

Designed for different age groups, we offer three distinct kinds of Grow session levels that seamlessly complement the abilities of children at different stages of their development:

  1. Basic: ages 4-6.

  2. Fundamental: ages 6-8.

  3. Intermediate: ages 8-10+.

Levels

  • Level 1 - Basic

    Mondays - 4:20pm/5:05pm-Ages 6 to 8 years old.

    Tuesday - 3:30pm/4:15 pm-Ages 4 to 6 years old.

    Wednesdays -3:30 pm/4:15 pm-Ages 4 to 6 years old.

    Our introductory level focuses on familiarizing children aged 4 to 6 with basic gymnastic exercises. They learn and memorize the movements, building a foundation for skill repetition. Progressions are introduced to facilitate skill development.

    Duration: 45 min.

  • Level 2 - Fundamental

    Mondays - 3:30pm/4:15 pm-Ages 6 to 8 years old

    Wednesdays - 4:20pm/5:05pm-Ages 7 to 9 years old

    Thursdays - 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm-Ages 6 to 8 years old

    In this next stage, we focus on advancing known conditioning exercises and incorporating additional movements. At this level, athletes are trained to understand the execution of movements beyond mere memorization. We emphasize the importance of comprehending the mechanics and the purpose behind each exercise.

    Duration: 45 min.

  • Level 3 - Intermediate

    Tuesdays & Thursdays- 4:20pm to 5:05pm

    Ages 8 to 10+ years old

    At this stage, our focus is on developing the child's ability to execute practiced movements with conscious control and precision. We encourage the child to give conscious instructions to their body and extremities, aiming to correct postures and strive for perfection in the execution of progressively more complex exercises. This stage is designed for children aged 8 to 10 years or older, with slightly longer sessions to allow for more advanced training and attention to detail.

  • Booster Training

    Goal Friday

    Friday 3:30 pm to 4:30pm

    Ages 6 to 10+ years olds

    This is a time for children at all levels to come to the studio and work on their individual gymnastics goals and personal milestones. Our experienced instructors will be available to provide guidance, feedback, and support each child focus on honing specific skills or overcoming challenges.

    Duration 1 hour.
